In England and Wales, you'll complete the legal part separately with a registrar (a simple signing), then celebrate with your personalised celebrant ceremony.

In England and Wales, celebrant weddings aren't yet legally recognised, so couples complete a short legal signing separately (usually takes 10 minutes). However, celebrant funerals and naming ceremonies don't require any legal component. Scotland, Jersey, Guernsey, and Northern Ireland do allow celebrants to conduct legally binding weddings.
